CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Welcome to ResortNVilla operated by Moonkomtan Hospitality.
This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms applicable to bookings made through ResortNVilla for Resorts, Villas, Farmhouses, Waterparks, and Destination Wedding venues.
1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after:
- Receipt of the required advance payment.
- Confirmation from the respective property owner/operator.
- Issuance of a booking confirmation by ResortNVilla or the property.
2. Cancellation by Customer
Cancellation requests must be submitted via email or WhatsApp.
Refund eligibility will depend on the cancellation policy of the respective property.
As a general guideline:
- More than 15 days before check-in/event date
* Refund subject to property policy.
* Applicable payment gateway and processing charges may be deducted.
- 7 to 15 days before check-in/event date
* Partial refund may be applicable depending on property policy.
- Less than 7 days before check-in/event date
* Refund may not be available.
- No-Show
* No refund shall be provided for no-shows unless approved by the property owner.
3. Cancellation by Property Owner
In the event that a property owner cancels a confirmed booking:
* ResortNVilla will make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative property.
* If an alternative is not accepted or available, eligible refunds will be processed as per the property's approval.
4. Destination Weddings & Events
Destination Wedding, Event, Group Booking, and Corporate Booking cancellations may be subject to separate cancellation terms provided by the respective property or event venue.
Customers are advised to review event-specific cancellation terms before making payment.
5. Refund Processing
Where approved:
* Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
* Refund processing may take 7–15 business days depending on banks, payment gateways, and financial institutions.
6. Non-Refundable Charges
The following may be non-refundable:
* Payment gateway charges
* Processing fees
* Convenience fees
* Government taxes where applicable
* Non-refundable deposits specified by the property
7. Force Majeure
Refunds for cancellations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or other force majeure events, shall be subject to the policy of the respective property owner.
8. ResortNVilla's Role
ResortNVilla acts solely as a booking facilitator between customers and property owners/operators.
Refund decisions are ultimately subject to the applicable property's cancellation and refund policy.
